Academics
Undergraduate Degree Programs in Aviation Technology
The Department of Aviation Technology offers Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree programs in:
- Aeronautical Engineering Technology (AET)
- Aviation Management (AM)
- Professional Flight Technology (FLT)
Within our B.S. programs, students can opt to complete the Collegiate Training Initiative FAA Air Traffic Control concentration, which carries a referral to the Oklahoma City FAA Air Traffic Control organization. This is not a degree in itself, and this Collegiate Training Initiative (CTI) only carries a referral to the FAA when completed as a part of a B. S. degree. You can find information about the CTI and the associated coursework here
Graduate Degree Programs
The Aviation Technology department offers a Master of Science degree program specifically designed for the person pursuing a leadership position in the aviation industry. In addition, an accelerated (5 year) BS/MS combined program is available for students with a strong undergraduate academic performance. A PhD program with an aviation emphasis is also available.
