GOLD: The Group for Organizational Leadership and Development (GOLD) is housed in the College of Technology in the Department of Organizational Leadership and Supervision. It is composed of Purdue faculty, professional trainers, and scholars skilled in delivering training modules designed to meet the needs of today's organizations.
