What...
Coupled with Project Lead The Way, Purdue University’s College of Technology is hosting a program with workshops that will be of interest to women. The program participants will be introduced to the College of Technology’s various departments. Sessions could be from: Aviation Technology, Building Construction Management, Computer Graphics Technology, Computer & Information Technology, Electrical & Computer Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, and Organizational Leadership and Supervision.
Who is it for?
WOW IT is for high school students involved in Project Lead The Way classes. All students, regardless of gender, are welcome to participate.
Where:
Knoy Hall of Technology located at the corner of Grant Street and Northwestern Avenue. Parking is available at the Northwestern ParkingGarage.

Transportation:
Transportation to and from the program will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian or school.
Cost:
There is absolutely no cost to you to attend this one day, hands-on workshop! You and one parent will be provided with a delicious breakfast from Panera's and dine with us for lunch at the Purdue Memorial Union. Additional siblings and parent/guardian lunches are $10.00 each.
How do I sign up?
Return your application form as soon as possible! Enrollment is limited to 60 students, please respond no later then October 22nd, 2008. Applications received after this date will be placed on a waiting list and accepted if space is available.

From Chicago:
Take I-65 South to S.R. 43 (exit 178). Follow Soldiers Home Road to Kalberer Road (350 North) to Yeager Road to Northwestern Avenue. Follow Northwestern Avenue into campus to the Northwestern Avenue Parking Garage located at 504 Northwestern Avenue, West Lafayette, IN 47906.
From Indianapolis:
Take I-65 North to State Road 26 (exit 172). Proceed west on State Road 26 and turn north onto Sagamore Parkway (U.S. 52). Continue on Sagamore Parkway for approximately three miles to Yeager Road. Turn south on Yeager and continue to Northwestern Avenue. Turn south Follow Northwestern Avenue into campus to the Northwestern Avenue Parking Garage located at 504 Northwestern Avenue, West Lafayette, IN 47906.
