The EET Program Educational Outcomes of the EET Bachelor of Science Degree

The Bachelor of Science degree program in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) is highly structured during the first two years and relatively flexible during the second two years.  The program provides a laboratory-based curriculum that combines experiential learning with electrical and electronic theory.  It is applications oriented and is designed to prepare well-rounded graduates who will compete and succeed in one or more of the fields related to electrical engineering technology.

Graduates of the electrical engineering technology program will:

1. Apply their technical knowledge as practicing professionals or engage in graduate education.

2. Work successfully in their chosen career individually and within a professional team environment.

3. Engage in professional development in their profession by adapting to new technology and career challenges.
