On behalf of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology (ECET) faculty at Purdue University, welcome to our web site.

Electronics and computers continue to be at the forefront of our exciting technology evolution. The ECET Faculty strive to provide a rigorous, challenging, and exciting educational environment making the EET program one of the top engineering technology programs in the nation.

The ECET faculty members are experienced engineers who bring that experience into the classroom and labs for the benefit of our students. The blend of concept and real-life practice throughout all four years of the Bachelor of Science program provides an active and exciting approach to learning.

The ECET laboratories have state-of-the-art electronic test instruments and related  equipment. New students work in the circuits, digital, and projects laboratories while advanced students also work in telecommunications, RF communications, industrial automation and power, and microprocessor/microcomputer laboratories.

The ECET faculty members measure their success by the demand for and success of the ECET graduates.  ECET graduates are highly sought by industry. The need for technical graduates continues to grow at an accelerating pace making ECET a good place to prepare for a successful career.

In addition to West Lafayette, we offer the EET program at Anderson, Kokomo, New Albany, and South Bend.
