Weekend Master's Program

Application and Admission

Applicants for admission to the College of Technology Weekend Master's Degree Program must possess an earned baccalaureate degree, typically with a grade point average of at least 3.00 or better on a 4.00 scale, and must apply formally to the Graduate School by submitting the following:

• Completed electronic application form
• A Statement of Purpose (300-500 words) highlighting the following:
  • Purpose for graduate study and career objective
  • Justification of a graduate degree pertaining to attainment of career objectives
  • Professional plans and applied research interest
  • Elaboration of special abilities, awards, achievements, scholarly publications, and/or professional history
• Three letters of recommendation (one must be from current employer)
• An official transcript from all institutions of higher learning
• A Resume showing work histroy
• Also specify which program you are applying to within TWMS (Technology Weekend Master)

***Please note: If for some reason you do not meet the above requirements, please submit additional explanation of extenuating circumstances. A telephone or in-person interview may be a part of the application process.***

Students applying to this program must have completed two or more years of full-time relevant work experience. Students can apply online by going to the Electronic Online Application .
