After 3-4 years of relevant work experience our graduates will be able to:

• Demonstrate advanced competence with the foundations and emerging areas of their technology discipline
• Demonstrate leadership and high level individual- and team-based critical thinking and problem solving competence
• Display proficiency in dealing with people addressing international and/or multicultural aspects of technology trends, standards and emerging capabilities
• Demonstrate high level competence with in-person, presentation, and written communication
• Exemplify sophisticated assessments of technology and its appropriate interface to human endeavor
• Consistently and coherently apply ethical leadership principles to technological and professional activities,
• By virtue of their promotability, have demonstrated the advanced ability to apply knowledge of probability, statistics, engineering economic analysis and cost control, and other technical sciences and specialties necessary in the field of industrial engineering technology. [IIE]
