Spring 2009 Student Application
To attend the October 31, 2009, Discovering Automation and Computer Controls, please complete and submit the following application. The Workshop is limited to 30 students with space preference given to seniors. Online applications should be received no latter than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, October 28, 2009. After deadline date, those interested in registering should call Vickie at 765-494-9099 to determine space available.
