Purdue's College of Technology at New Albany, IN is home to the newest student chapter of the vastly recognized graphics society ACM SIGGRAPH, which stands for Association for Computing Machinery Special Interest Group in Graphics. The New Albany SIGGRAPH student chapter is open to students from all majors at Purdue and also area colleges and universities with common dedication to the generation and dissemination of information on computer graphics and interactive techniques. We are a membership organization that values passion, integrity, excellence, volunteerism, and cross-disciplinary interaction in all of our activities.
Membership Benefits:
- A local chapter fee is not required at time for Siggrpah membership
- The national chapter requires a $25 a year for full-time students
- Discounts on conferences, publications, and videos
- Online Access to SIGGRAPH Proceedings in the ACM Digital Library (including the proceedings of the SIGGRAPH annual conferences)
- All members can access the Computer Graphics Quarterly online.
