Alumni (5), Outstanding Technology Alumni (4) and Early Career Award (5)

In the News: supersonic ping-pong balls
|
Mark French, associate professor of mechanical engineering technology,
and two of his Ph.D. students have created a supersonic Ping-Pong gun
that can shoot a Ping-Pong ball at Mach 1.2 (about 915 miles per hour).

within the College of Technology was named the nation’s outstanding
program in 2012 by the Association for Career and Technical Education
