CoT Alumni Newsletter - November, 2008

New news source for College of Technology alumni and friends

I am very pleased to introduce the inaugural edition of the College of Technology quarterly e-newsletter. With a calendar of events and more timely information, the newsletter has been designed to keep you up-to-date with the college and your former classmates between issues of Innovation magazine.

The development of an e-newsletter and its content is a direct result of the outcomes from last spring’s survey of alumni and friends. More than 80 percent of alumni and friends expressed a preference for more timely, electronic communication from the college.

Through this newsletter, you can learn more about fellow Technology alumni, research initiatives, and in general, more news about your alma mater.

I hope you enjoy reading the variety of stories we have selected for this first edition. In the future, we want this e-newsletter to be YOUR e-newsletter so please share your own news, story suggestions, and other feedback. There are links at the bottom of this email to assist you in communicating with the college and sharing news with others: Update your contact information, Send to a Friend, and Unsubscribe.

The “Keep in Touch” section of this newsletter provides even more information about sharing your news with fellow alumni.

Thank you for your continued interest in and support of the College of Technology.

Hail Purdue!

Dean Dennis Depew
