Purdue University has started collecting stories of its students who are connected by a common theme. The online series is called Five Students, and several College of Technology students have been featured since its inception last fall.

The most recent installment, which helps celebrate Women’s History Month, highlights five students who were inspired by Purdue women. Two of the featured students are from the College of Technology.

Ellen Zouras, a building construction management student, explains how Donna Beering, an aviation technology alumna, inspired her to pursue construction management.

Manny Cuevas, an industrial technology/industrial distribution student, offers insights about Amelia Earhart and her influence on him.
