TCN merges with Engineering Computer Network

As the Technology Computer Network (TCN) merges into the Engineering Computer Network (ECN), CoT employees will begin seeing changes in how information technology needs are addressed.

TCN and ECN staff are working to make the changes seamless and as nondisruptive as possible. The Remedy system of tracking tech support requests will be phased out during this process, as well, in favor of a more simplified system.

Submit tech support requests online. Requests should not be sent directly to an individual email address or be relayed via conversations in the hallway.
