Purdue's new jet, an Embraer Phenom 100, has arrived on campus and is ready for use.

Michael Suckow, clinical associate professor of aviation technology, helped fly the plane from Brazil to Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., to West Lafayette.

The plane, which boasts the tail number N100PU, will enable students in the professional flight technology program to graduate with a jet flight rating as part of their undergraduate experience.
