Harding serves as APEC delegate
In early March, Bruce Harding, professor of mechanical engineering technology, served as a member of the United States delegation to the 2011 Atlantic Pacific Economic Cooperative (APEC) in Washington, D.C.
APEC is an annual trade issues meeting of the 21 Pacific Rim economies. While there, he also moderated a technical session on developing university-level standards education coursework.
