Two Technology students are 'difference makers' in 'Five Students' feature

 

Two Technology students are featured in the November edition of "Five Students Who . . ." This month, the popular feature focuses on students who are difference makers.

Rebekah Thomas is a senior in organizational leadership and supervision from Logansport, Indiana. She founded Project Birthday, Kids who Kare, to provide gifts to children in need. The project promotes birthday parties where the gifts are collected for donations instead of given to the birthday boy or girl. Read more.

Chris Thoman is a senior in organizational leadership and supervision from Indianapolis. For five years he was the primary caretaker for his friend Brandon Scott, who was born with a congenital limb deficiency. Chris has also been helping Brandon train for the 2012 Paralympics in swimming. Read more.
