214 Electricity Fundamentals (Class 2, Lab 2, 3 cr.) P: MATH M125; P or C: MATH M126. For non-EET majors only.
An introduction to elemental electrical components and their characteristics, basic electrical circuit theory and use of basic laboratory test equipment, electrical motors, and industrial motor controls.
233 Electronics and Industrial Controls (Class 2, Lab 2, 3 cr.) P: EET 214 or consent of instructor. For non-EET majors only.
Familiarization with electronics as applied to industry. Basic theory and application of electronics to controls for industrial equipment and data processing.
