Project Supervisor, HNTB Corporation, Lafayette Railroad Relocation Project Lafayette, Indiana; administered various contracts for the City of Lafayette through the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT). Responsibilities include the supervision of construction inspection, submittal review, quantity verification for contractor payment, review of contractor scheduling, writing change order documents, interpreting contract documents, and making necessary design changes as required. The nature of these contracts are; bridge construction (including cast-in-place post-tensioned box girder), highway construction (with pavement sections composed of concrete, bituminous & brick), utility relocation (including potable water mains, storm and sanitary sewers, power & gas distribution systems), railroad track construction, embankment construction, landscaping, as well as contaminated soils (ground water remediation) and archeological discoveries.

Project Supervisor, HNTB Corporation, West Lafayette, IN; administered contract for the City of West Lafayette, through INDOT. This contract, titled Salisbury / County Road 350 N, was a street reconstruction with a concrete pavement section, extensive storm water drainage system, and sub-grade stabilization by lime application.

Resident representative, HNTB Corp., Greensburg, IN; administered contract for the City of Greensburg during the construction of a wastewater treatment plant expansion and extensive sanitary sewer rehabilitation which incorporated the use of high density polyethylene slip-lining.

Resident Representative, HNTB Corp., Marion IN; administered contract for the City of Marion during the construction of a water softening treatment plant expansion. Additionally, the contract included several miles of water distribution force main and a new production well field.

Resident Representative, HNTB Corp., Jasper & Westfield IN; administered contract for the Cities of Jasper & Westfield, through INDOT and private funds. West field was a street reconstruction with a composite pavement section incorporating geo-synthetics. The Jasper project was a concrete pavement section, which utilized slip-forming placement techniques for an industrial park.

Project Supervisor, HNTB Corporation, Phase I, Lafayette Railroad Relocation Project, Lafayette, IN, and Yeager Rd. reconstruction, West Lafayette, IN. Phase I of the RR Relocation Project included a 90 foot clear span through girder railroad bridge structure with future abutments, extensive utility upgrade and relocation as well as the elimination of an at grade RR crossing. Yeager Rd was the reconstruction of a county gravel road to a full depth bituminous pavement section that included storm water drainage systems.

Resident Representative, HNTB Corp., Indianapolis Department of Public Works; Administered contract, titled Bridgeport interceptor and lift-station, utilizing 48-inch and 42-inch pressure cylinder pipe with open cut trenching depths averaging 30 feet. The lift-station was a four-story structure that was powered by three 200 horsepower centrifugal pumps with a total dynamic head of 54 feet.

Resident Representative, HNTB Corp., Carmel, IN; Administered contract for the City of Carmel, which included a sanitary interceptor 4.5 miles in length along with a 5000 foot long tunnel section. Expanded the wastewater treatment plant for the city by 100% capacity, which incorporated sludge handling facilities and extensive instrumentation and control systems.

Resident Representative, HNTB Corp., Administered contract for Citizens Gas & Coke Utility, which was an industrial wastewater treatment plant that was the first biological system to successfully treat coking waste.

Resident inspector, HNTB Corp., Evansville, IN; Performed inspections for structural stability and inspected the reconstruction of $14 million dollars of combination sewers utilizing reinforced gunite as a liner.

Resident Representative, HNTB Corp., Administered contracts on municipal wastewater treatment facilities for the Indiana communities of Seymour and Greenfield.

Resident Representative, HNTB Corp., Administered contracts for a major storm and sanitary sewer project in Kokomo, IN. The project included Open cut trenching, rock excavation, rock tunneling and street reconstruction composed of concrete and bituminous pavement sections.
