Concentrations

Some students prefer to direct their BCM major towards one of the concentrations in BCM, and have it designated on their transcripts as a degree in Building Construction Management with a Concentration in a certain area.

Below is a brief listing of the courses students are required to take if interested in acquiring a Concentration. Those students who are interested in pursuing a concentration should consult with the appropriate concentration coordinator for assistance in meeting career goals.

  • BCM 417 Design/Build for MEP Contractors
  • Electrical Concentration Selective – Pick one of the following:  BCM 317, BCM 419/581, CGT 360, CGT 460, BCM 430

Mechanical Construction Management (MCNM)

  • BCM 315 Mechanical Construction Estimating
  • BCM 417 Design/Build for MEP Contractors

Residential Construction Management (RSCM) Concentration
