Specialized subcontractor is seeking experienced project manager to lead project team in multi million dollar concrete foundations and multistory work. Experience with General Contractor or specialty subcontractor in direct hire, self performed work is required. Successful candidate will be engaged during entire project cycle, including preconstruction, budgeting, contract negotiation, material procurement, scheduling, means and methods, cost control, billings, cash forecasting, quality, safety, client relations and close-out. Profit and loss, schedule, quality and risk outcome responsibility. A good working knowledge of formwork systems and load path management is essential. Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, and effective reporting is required. Education requirements include a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or similar program. Candidates should have five years of progressive development with substantial organizations. Possible travel within Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and Carolinas.
