Location (s):

Successful candidate will be a motivated individual, eager to apply skills and experiences toward successful turn-key concrete construction projects. Projects in Southeast states – Georgia, Florida, Carolinas, Tennessee. Candidate will be responsible for the following:

Duties:

• Maintaining all project logs (submittal, shop drawings, contract drawings, concrete, testing, pumping, rebar, post-tensioning, etc.)
• Processing and distribution of all project documentation (contract documents, submittals, technical data, etc.)
• Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance/conformance with contract documents.
• Assist PM and construction team with:
• Coordination of project/field resources – manpower, money, and machinery
• Cost management
• Purchase order and change order preparation
• Schedule development, monitoring and maintenance
• Correspondence
• Invoice review
• Documenting project progress through pictures, daily reports, etc.
• Safety administration
• Interaction with extended project teams - Owner, Prime or General Contractor, etc.
• Estimating materials and scope changes
• RFI’s
• Quality reviews

Competent with:

• MS Project
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiar with:

• Timberline
• Database applications (ie. Access)

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience
