Director of Construction Responsible for all aspects of construction and operations for multistate region, and for training, managing, and motivating project managers and their field crews to work productively, profitably, and safely. Will answer directly to division president. Construction background is desirable, but if you have demonstrated the ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and have solid business and people management skills, we want to hear from you. Though some travel is required, this is also a great opportunity for a construction site superintendent who wants to get off the road. Based in New Braunfels.
