These capabilities permit Wilhelm to perform a majority of the work on a given project with less reliance on multiple subcontractors. This leads to high levels of schedule control, cost control, and quality. The critical trade work is performed by Wilhelm which enables us to coordinate and perform work activities with one project management team. No lost time for mobilization, less dispute resolution with contractors, fewer contractor orientations, and single point accountability for numerous work activities result from our ability to self-perform. We find aggressive schedules to be a competitive advantage and welcome the challenge. Project Manager/Estimator You will be introduced to owners and facility managers on progressing projects. Continue repeat business with existing customers and finding new work through networking. Develop and scope out estimates for current customers and potential new work. Manage all types of projects, commercial, institutions, and facilities. Develop relationships with subcontractors to cultivate a group of subs that work together and make a good fit for particular owners.
