Healthcare Realty Trust (NYSE:HR) is a real estate investment trust that acquires, develops, owns, and manages medical real estate. We are seeking a Project Associate to oversee development of outpatient medical facilities. 3-5 years related experience or equivalent required. B.S. degree in architecture, engineering, construction services or related area required. Must have ability to manage construction and tenant improvement projects and oversee contractors/architects. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, willingness to travel, and experience in site planning, conceptual project design, project management and budget control.
