Signature Construction LLC the Midwest’s premier multifamily general contractor has openings for Project Managers on development projects located throughout its 11 state service territory. The ideal candidate should have a four year Building Construction Management degree with a minimum 5 years of related construction experience. Candidate must have a working knowledge of computer based scheduling, budgeting, word processing and communication applications. Candidate will have direct responsibility for bidding, buyout, contracting, project communication, acquiring permits, and scheduling on projects up to $15,000,000 in construction costs.
