CONSIDERING A CHANGE OF MAJOR (CODO) INTO CGT?
PROCESS FOR CODO'ING INTO CGT
- Check the Department of Computer Graphics Technology dates
for informational CODO meetings. Please sign up to
attend one of these meetings in the CODO Meeting notebook on
the counter of the CGT office in Knoy Hall, Room 363. Attendance
at one of these meetings listed below is mandatory to CODO
into CGT.

- Request your CODO papers in Hovde Hall, Room 45. Have both copies of the papers signed by a representative of your current school.
- Attend the informational CODO meeting. Bring 2 copies of your CODO papers signed by you and a representative of your current school with you to the meeting.
- Requirements for CODO'ing into CGT are the following: completion with a grade of "C" or better of
- MA 159 (or a higher Math course)
- CGT 141 and
- English 106 or Communication 114 and
- adjusted GPA of 2.5 minimum. (Currently, any grade in any course which is not required by CGT can be deleted.)
- Must be in good academic standing at time of CODO.
- Applicants who have completed the required courses and who have an unadjusted GPA of 3.5 or higher may automatically be accepted at all times into the CGT Department.
- The CGT Department will place into a CODO "Hold" status all CODO applicants who have met the course requirements and who have adjusted GPA's of 2.5 to 3.49, and those students who are enrolled into the appropriate courses and who could have the minimum GPA after grades are posted at the end of the current session. Acceptance into CGT will be determined on a space available basis near or after the end of the current session.
