| As another year passes the Department of Computer Graphics Technology is once again gearing up for the annual Industrial Advisory Board Meeting, which will be held on April 2nd. The department will be soon be issuing a meeting agenda, but contact us if you have any items you would like to address.
Rooms have been blocked at the Hampton Inn, which can be reserved under the group code PUCGT. The Inn can provide complimentary transportation to and from the university and can be reached at 765-447-1600. If you would like for us to call Lafayette Limo and arrange transportation from the airport, please contact Angi at adthomas@tech.purdue.edu . 2002-2003 Student Placement Placement of our May graduates proceeded as expected. As of August 1st, all graduates in the Construction Graphics and Computer-Aided Design areas are placed. Despite nationwide economic hardships student placement for all areas remained consistent. The number of students continuing with their education continues to grow as the economy still struggles. The majority of graduate students are continuing at Purdue University but others have gone on to other institutions such as University of Southern California, University of California - Los Angeles, Oklahoma State, and University of Minnesota . | |
