The Department of Computer and Information Technology (CIT) at Purdue provides educational opportunities that apply information technologies to solve business and industrial problems. We offer degree programs in Information Systems and Telecommunications and Networking.
Our students are exposed to state-of-the-art laboratories and work hard to develop their knowledge and skills to make themselves some of the most highly sought after IT graduates in the country.
The Department of Computer and Information Technology offers three general areas of graduate study, each with areas of concentration that represent the future of applied computing and information technology in the United States and around the world. The three areas are:
- Information Technology Leadership and Project Management,
- Cyberforensics and Information Security, and
- Discovery Systems and Cyberinfrastructure.
