CIT Students Take First Place

AITP National Collegiate Conference
Dallas, Texas
March 30-April 1, 2006

Several Purdue CIT students traveled to Dallas at the end of March to attend the AITP National Collegiate Competition. The group entered three competitions. Two of the groups took home first place awards.

• Blake Hempel & Sandra Kershner won the Database Competition. A total of 123 contestants in 65 teams competed.
• Tyler Howarth & J. Jason Brooks won the Network Design Competition. A total of 127 contestants in 69 teams competed.
