Waitlist

Students at Purdue University College of Technology at Columbus/Southeast Indiana use IUPUC's course registration system to register for their classes. This also includes an automatic waitlist system.

Waitlist (Automated Course Exchange) - An electronic waitlist system has been added to the registration process at IUPUI. Students who encounter a closed section of a course can place an automated waitlist request. The waitlist system is available through registration on OneStart.

The Automated Course Exchange -ACE- makes registration and schedule adjustment easier to understand, convenient, and fair for all students. The major function of ACE is the creation of automated waitlists for sections of courses that are closed (maximum enrollment has been reached).

After a course section is closed an automated waitlist is created. The first person to activate a waitlist request for that section is placed at the top of the waitlist. When a seat becomes available in the section, the first person on the waitlist is registered for the course.

The status of your waitlist request can be checked online from OneStart .

After the last day of waitlist processing all unsatisfied waitlist requests expire.
