Obtaining Transcripts
Transcripts can be ordered on SSINFO * (more information about using SSINFO)
or
by calling the West Lafayette Transcript Office at 765-494-6165
or
by going to Purdue Student Services Suite 1200 in the Columbus Learning Center and asking for a transcript request form. This form can be faxed or mailed to Purdue University in West Lafayette.
*Must allow at least one day processing for each transcript request
