Biography:

Professor Corum studied in the quality and metallurgy areas for her graduate and undergraduate programs. Her teaching interests include process improvement, materials and manufacturing processes.

Professor Corum's interests also include process improvement in healthcare.  She is currently working on a project with the Veterans Health Administration alongside clinical teams to improve the patient experience.

Professor Corum is a member of the ABET Board of Directors through ASME (originally founded as the American Society of Mechanical Engineers).  "ABET accredits over 3,000 applied science, computing, engineering, and technology programs worldwide" ensuring quality education and standards.
