Admissions Procedure
High school students can apply for admission to Purdue after completing their junior year of high school. To be considered for admission, applicants must include the following:
- Signed Purdue University Application for Admission with answers to all items.
$50 nonrefundable application fee. (Application fee may be waived if the SAT or ACT test fee is waived.) - Official high school transcript. (A high school student's transcript must include grades for all courses completed to date and most recent class ranking.) (Transfer students without a four-year bachelor's degree must include a high school transcript.)
- Results from the SAT or ACT. (Minimums are 900 for the SAT-I or 22 for the ACT; the test is waived for adult students out of high school for three years.)
- Official transcript for transfer students from each college, university, or technical school attended.

Residency status: In general, in-state status requires physical residence in Indiana for 12 months prior to the first day of classes.
