Looking for a front line supervisor with excellent people skills and strong systems knowledge. Run 3 shifts with approximately 40 forklift operators and loose case pickers on each shift. Each shift is staffed with a Senior Supervisor and 2 Supervisors. Current opening is on our C shift. This shift works Wednesday through Saturday from 4 pm to 2:30 am. This is a non-union facility and culture is very important.

The Frontline Supervisor reports to the Manufacturing Leader/Production Manager and is responsible for supporting all initiatives toward improvements of critical success factors including people, safety, delivery, cost, quality and growth through the successful deployment of the Eaton Philosophy Work Practices/Eaton Business System. Proactively implements, promotes and maintains a safe working environment, through diligence in accident prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance, PPE, JSA’s and rule enforcement. Leads, facilitates and coordinates production activities and resources per established practices and/or policies within their job area to insure the timely delivery of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations. Ensures administrative tasks, including layered audits are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Promotes and exemplifies high performance workplace methods and philosophies which build trust, mutual respect and teamwork between employees at all levels of the organization.
