The MET Department is committed to excellence through both A.S. and B.S. programs. The curricula is grounded in math, science, and engineering principles with practical applications in the following technical areas:

  • computer aided drawing and design
  • fluid power
  • heat power
  • mechanics
  • materials
  • manufacturing processes
  • industrial organization
  • and management.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) and Manufacturing Engineering Technology (MFET) participate in the CoT graduate program by offering graduate courses, directed graduate projects, and supporting graduate assistantships.

All CoT graduate degrees are offered and administered through the College of Technology's Graduate Program.
