Organizational Leadership and Supervision is a dynamic course of study that prepares students to work with people in a variety of leadership roles.

We pride ourselves on our highly individualized, practical, people-oriented approach to the practice of leadership in business and industry.  Three programs are available:  Bachelor of Science Degree, Associate of Science Degree, and the Organizational Leadership Certificate.  OLS courses are offered at the West Lafayette campus as well as at several College of Technology sites around the state.

The Department of Organizational Leadership and Supervision participates in the CoT graduate program by offering graduate courses, directed graduate projects, and supporting graduate assistantships. All CoT graduate degrees are offered and administered through the College of Technology's Graduate Program.
