Undergraduate

We pride ourselves on our highly individualized, practical, people-oriented approach to the practice of leadership in business and industry. 

Three programs are available:  Bachelor of Science Degree, Associate of Science Degree, and the Organizational Leadership Certificate.  OLS courses are offered at the West Lafayette campus as well as at several College of Technology sites around the state. 

Three-fourths of the program is composed of required courses that provide the necessary skills and knowledge for success in professional positions.  The remaining courses allow specialization in specific areas of interest or talent;  such as operations, quality control, training, labor relations, and human relations.
