The Organizational Leadership (OL) certificate is one of Purdue University's two certificate offerings in Richmond and is closely tied to its Bachelor of Science & Associate of Science (B.S. & A.S.) The OL Certificate is designed to meet the needs of people who wish to improve themselves educationally and professionally through the development of basic supervisory skills.
The nine courses of the Organizational Leadership certificate program, listed below, are arranged in three phases.
- Phase I builds the leadership foundation for additional study.
- Phase II provides for a student-selected focus from among leadership topics such as labor/management relations, training and human resources issues, leadership ethics, and management of cultural/international issues.
