Organizational Leadership and Supervision (OLS)

Degrees in Organizational Leadership and Supervisions (OLS)

Both the and the Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree and Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision (OLS) are available through Purdue University's College of Technology at Richmond. After earning the A.S. degree, graduates may continue on toward the B.S. locally. Please refer to the Overview of the OLS program for a more in-depth description of the curriculum.

Purdue's Richmond students earn OLS degrees through satisfactory completion of either the A.S. or the B.S. curriculum, comprised of the courses listed below . Descriptions of the courses taught by Purdue faculty can be found in Purdue's Courses and Schedules page.

B.S. TECHNICAL ELECTIVES (15 cr.)

Technical Electives are courses that will enhance and improve a student's career preparation. They are not necessarily "technical" in nature; they may be from any discipline that furthers career objectives.

The program should have a unified framework and constitute a coherent educational experience. The student should work with his or her Purdue University College of Technology academic counselor to select technical electives that will together meet this requirement.

B.S. NON-TECHNICAL ELECTIVES (10 cr.)

Non-technical electives may be selected from courses offered through the IU East departments of:
