Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology (ECET)
The engineering technologist is a practical person who applies engineering principles and current technology to solve problems and improve facilities, processes, and procedures in manufacturing and non-manufacturing industries. The engineering technologist is able to perform in areas such as manufacturing, production, technical sales, installation and testing of industrial equipment and facilities, systems planning and integration, as well as design and development.
After completing the Associate of Science degree, the student may continue to work toward a Bachelor of Science degree. The student may choose to follow either the Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) program or the Computer Engineering Technology Specialization (CpET).
