Returning Students
Former Purdue University College of Technology students who have been out one semester or more must fill-out a re-entry application before reenrolling in classes. The Re-entry application is for formally admitted students. Returning students must make an appointment with the student service coordinator prior to registering for classes.
Students may obtain the re-entry application from the Purdue University College of Technology main office located in room 107 of the Purdue Technology Building on the IUSB campus in South Bend. IUPUI students must submit a formal application with transcripts.
