South Bend Scholarships

NOTE: Some scholarships require that you have a completed FAFSA on file to be eligible to receive an award. Please double check that your FAFSA is current before applying for a scholarship.

 

Project Lead the Way Scholarship: $1000
Project Lead the Way scholarship available for Fall 2009 freshmen.

Employee-Sponsored Scholarship: $250
Open to all majors, who are degree seeking, with at least three technical courses or one completed semester. This award may only be received one time.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: February 15

Nole & Rosalyn Walters Scholarship: $500
Open to ECET majors only. The award is based on scholastic and leadership abilities. Student must be a member of the current graduating class with a 3.00 GPA. This award may only be received one time.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: February 15

William Shields Scholarship: Up to $3,000
Open to all majors who exhibit leadership, initiative, and character with scholastic achievements. Student must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours, have a G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher, and show leadership qualities. Student must have at least one completed semester before applying. This award may only be received one time.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: February 15

General Scholarship License Plate: $500
Student must be employed on a full-time basis and enrolled in a degree seeking program. This scholarship will be awarded to the student who best demonstrates in writing his/her desire and commitment to meeting his/her educational and professional goals. Student must meet financial need as deemed by the Purdue Financial Aid Office, completed the FAFSA application, and meet the priority FAFSA filing deadline of March 1st.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: February 15

Bruce Albert Wilhelm Scholarship: $500
Student must be an incoming freshmen with a B or higher average OR undergraduate student with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Student must have applied for financial aid. Student must meet financial need as deemed by the Purdue Financial Aid Office, completed the FAFSA application, and meet the priority FAFSA filing deadline of March 1st.

College of Technology at South Bend Scholarship:
Up to $1,000

This scholarship is open to all Purdue South Bend Technology degree seeking students enrolled in at least 6 credit hours. Students must complete the scholarship form, demonstrate leadership, initiative, and character with scholastic achievement.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 15

College of Technology at South Bend Director's Scholarship: Up to $1,000

This scholarship is open to all Purdue South Bend Technology degree seeking students enrolled full-time (12 or more credit hours). Students must complete the scholarship form, demonstrate leadership, initiative, and character with scholastic achievement.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 15


Alumni Club Scholarships

Purdue Alumni Clubs usually have a scholarship program to support students living in their county and who are attending any Purdue University campus. Contact the club directly to apply for available scholarships.
